The ProPresenter interface was designed with you in mind, making it quick and easy to control the most important parts of your presentations. The main show view is set up in a logical left-to-right workflow, where we can select a presentation from any library or playlist. And then in the center, we’ll see all of the slides in that currently selected presentation.

With playback markers, you can trigger actions to automatically happen during video and audio playback. Markers are quick and easy to add, and can help you know what’s happening throughout your media playback, and trigger actions at the exact moment that you want them. So let’s start looking at markers by opening up the Inspector. And the Inspector’s available for all media files and to access it, we can just right click on this video and we can go to Inspector. Here, we can adjust all sorts of different settings. We can scrub through and see what’s happening in this video.

With the ProPresenter Timeline, you can synchronize your slides, media, and actions to a soundtrack for perfect playback of your presentations. Now your slides can always be in sync with your musicians, complex presentations can be created ahead of time, and operators can start these presentations with just one click and then let ProPresenter do the rest of the work. If you don’t have an operator, you can remotely start and control your timelines.

In ProPresenter 7.1, not only can you create and control dynamic presentations, you can now record and stream those live. And in this tutorial, I’m gonna help you set up your settings and preferences to get started quickly to get started. Let’s go over by the preview area and click on the brand new live button. You’ll see options for start capture and capture settings. Our first setting is the source of our stream because you can stream any audience or stage screen that you set up in your screen configuration.
